At Malibu, we understand that reliable delivery is essential to keeping your business moving. Our logistics network is designed to provide fast order processing, dependable transit times, and competitive freight programs for distributors across the United States.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders received after daily shipping cut-off times, on weekends, or on company holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While most orders ship the same day, certain orders may require additional processing. In these cases, orders typically ship within two (2) business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or subject to an extended lead time, our Customer Service team will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Malibu ships throughout the United States using trusted national and regional carriers.
Available shipping services may include:
- LTL Freight
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Dedicated Local Delivery (where applicable)
Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, destination, and service requirements of each order.
Prepaid Freight Program
Malibu offers Prepaid Freight Allowed on qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
Minimum order requirements are based on the shipping destination:

Orders that do not meet the applicable prepaid freight minimum will be shipped using the customer's preferred carrier or Malibu's selected carrier, with freight charges added to the invoice.
Prepaid freight eligibility applies to standard stock products shipped to a single commercial destination within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping, residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, oversized shipments, or other special freight requirements.
Free Local Delivery
Malibu proudly offers free local delivery within a 25-mile radius of Los Angeles, California 90011.
While there is no minimum order requirement, customers are encouraged to consolidate orders of approximately $500 or more whenever practical to maximize delivery efficiency.
Local deliveries are scheduled based on route availability and business operating hours.
Shipping Accuracy
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any visible shipping damage, shortages, or shipping discrepancies should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to Malibu within five (5) business days.
Failure to report shortages or freight damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process claims.
Backorders
If all ordered items are not immediately available, Malibu may ship available products and place the remaining items on backorder unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Customers will be notified of significant backorders or extended lead times.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping services, including Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and other premium transportation options, are available upon request.
Additional freight charges apply.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Malibu or the selected carrier.
Malibu is not responsible for delays resulting from weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labor shortages, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
