What is your prepaid freight allowance?
Prepaid freight is based on your shipping destination and order total.

How fast do you ship?
Most in-stock orders ship the same business day or within one business day. Standard ground transit is typically 1–6 business days depending on destination.
Where do your orders ship from?
Malibu products ship from our Los Angeles, California distribution center.
Are your products in stock?
Yes. We maintain inventory on our core product lines. If an item is temporarily unavailable, our team can provide an estimated restock date or place it on backorder.
Do you offer drop shipping?

Can I order less than a full case?

Yes. Malibu products are backed by a manufacturer's 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is your retrun policy?
Unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging may be returned within 1 year. Please contact Customer Service for an RMA before returning merchandise.
